Makeup brushes are really durable and need to be cleaned regularly in addition to daily maintenance, especially foundation brushes.
Let's start with routine maintenance
In fact, daily brush maintenance for me is to buy a cover on Taobao, along the direction of the bristles, and away from the bathroom, store in a dry place.
Focus on the cleaning of the brush.
I usually use special brush cleaner to wash the brush, foundation brush is easy to dirty, basic 1 week to wash 1 times; Honey paint will be used to shake the powder, basic 2-3 weeks to wash once.
Step 1: Mix the cleanser with water in a ratio of 1:2 and pour it into a container.
Step 2: Place the makeup brush in a diluted cleanser. Do not soak the brush. Stir clockwise along the edge of the container as if you were washing a toothbrush. The cleaning time should not exceed 1 minute.
Step 3: Rinse the cleanser down the bristles with the tap, then blot the brush dry with a cotton pad.
Step 4: Use the most common black rubber band for each brush, place it upside down on a hanger and let dry.
My rule of thumb is to find a night when you don't go out every other day, so the brush can dry hard for a day. Do not dry the brush for a while, do not blow dry with a hair dryer, or it will fry. A good brush won't get frizzy from washing and is very durable.
